What happens when healthcare is treated as a privilege, not a right? Too many people are left behind because of where they live, their income, or the system they’re in. This is what fuels my passion for public health—the drive to make healthcare a universal right, not a luxury.

As a Master of Public Health student and midwife with over four years of experience, I’m committed to addressing health disparities and improving health outcomes, especially for vulnerable populations. I specialize in epidemiology and biostatistics, with a focus on using data-driven solutions to address health inequities globally. But it’s not just about the numbers—I’m passionate about making public health conversations engaging, accessible, and impactful.

This website is where I share thought-provoking discussions on public health—without the jargon. Whether it’s raising awareness about overlooked health issues, exploring solutions to health disparities, or sharing insights from research, my goal is to spark conversations that matter and drive positive change.

I have a YouTube channel, Midwife’s Diary, where I create educational content on maternal and newborn health. Through both platforms, I aim to share knowledge, advocate for better health access, and make public health a topic people want to discuss. On my channel, I discuss everything from prenatal care and postpartum wellness to common misconceptions about childbirth, breaking down complex topics into something everyone can understand.
